Our Dear Guests,

We are especially grateful for chosing our hotel and we want to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. This short summary will guide you through our house rules and contains every necessary information you will need during these few days.

Safety regulations

The Bástya Conference & Wellness Hotel was built according to Hungarian safety standards.


Please follow the instructions for your safety

  • For fire safety reasons, please always switch off electrical equipment (TV, shaver, etc.) when leaving the room.
  • In case of emergency, please call the Reception by dialing extension 190.
  • In case of a fire alarm, please leave the building immediately, you will find the escape route posted on the room door.
  • In case of fire, use of the elevator is FORBIDDEN!
  • Always keep the room closed, please close the windows and the balcony door as well when you leave


The safe in the closet offers a safe solution for storing your valuables, which is free to use. The hotel is not responsible for valuables or cash left in the rooms.

We take over the room and textiles upon departure.

In case of a shortage, we will charge a fee

We will make up for the indicated deficiencies within 15 minutes!

The hotel minibar is used to cool drinks owned by the hotel. If you unpack the drinks, we charge HUF 1,000 (EUR 40) per day for a refrigerator rental.

Linen change

In the hotel rooms, the bed linen is changed at least twice a week. On special request, a daily exchange can be arranged for a special fee of HUF 5,000/exchange. Please contact the Reception with your request.

Accessible room

Our hotel – in accordance with international conventions – provides category A barrier-free access for our guests with reduced mobility in the 4* wing.


There is an OTP ATM in front of the hotel.

Check in

The rooms are available to our guests from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Early arrival is possible for an extra charge based on prior agreement with the reception. Fee: between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.: HUF 3,500/hour

Please check out the room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you wish to leave your room at a later date, it is possible for a fee, please contact the reception. Fee: between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.: HUF 3,500/hour

Shoe cleaning

An automatic shoe shine machine can be found next to the hotel’s main entrance. Shoe care can be ordered at the reception.

Package storage

It can be used free of charge at any time with the help of the Reception on the ground floor.

Package delivery

We will deliver your luggage to your room upon request.


Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, including on room balconies. We provide the area in front of the hotel for our smoking guests.

Wake-up call

You can request a wake-up call in person or by phone from a colleague at the reception.

Other consumption

Food and drinks consumed in addition to the basic service in the hotel and wellness areas can be charged to the room bill. Food and drinks not purchased in the hotel can only be consumed by the Guest in the hotel room, while protecting the equipment. Any damage caused to the equipment must be compensated by the Guest.


The electricity is 220 V/50 Hz. Please use the bathroom outlet only for use with electric shavers. Please use the other electrical consumers via the room plugs.

Other tools

The following can be requested at the reception for a separate fee: toothbrush, toothpaste. A shoehorn can be requested free of charge. An umbrella is temporarily provided free of charge on request.


A buffet breakfast: every day 7.00-10.00

If you want to have breakfast before 7:00 a.m., please let the reception know if you want a cold pack the day before.

A’la carte restaurant: every day 11.00 – 21.30

Half-board: 18.00-20.00

One-time and unlimited food consumption is provided from the breakfast and dinner buffet tables, however, please do not take food from there for later consumption. Otherwise, the price of the meal will be charged again to the room bill.

In our hotel, we do not serve alcohol to guests under the age of 18.

We would like you to appear in the restaurant in appropriate attire.

You have the option of adding your restaurant consumption to your room bill by presenting your card holder, please let our colleagues know this in advance when ordering.

Bathrobe, wellness towel

The use of the bathrobe is included in the room price, depending on the package type.

In case of extra bed, bath robe is not included in the price.

Wellness towels can be requested free of charge at the reception.

Cot/extra bed services for families with small children

We can provide cots for small children and extra beds for older children in our suitable rooms.

A bathtub can be requested free of charge for small children

A high chair can be requested free of charge at meals.

Children’s paddling pool and playground in the summer season.

Hair dryer

It is part of the equipment of the room.


We accept small pets (max 5 kg) for an extra charge in our standard rooms: 5.000 HUF/pet/night. Please make arrangements at the reception.

We cannot accept pets in the Superior wing. Thank you for your understanding.


Wireless internet is available free of charge for our guests in the hotel’s rooms, restaurant and conference rooms.

Bath foot towel

It is located in the bathroom in front of the shower.


Please let the Reception know if any equipment in your room is not working or needs repair.

“Please don’t disturb me!”

If you do not want your peace of mind to be disturbed, please use the “Do not disturb!” sign in the room. inscription board. Please hang the sign on the handle.

Conference room, banquet facilities

We undertake further education, trainings, company meetings, business meetings up to 250 people, and weddings for a separate fee.

Air conditioning

Please take care to close the windows and terrace doors! The common areas are air-conditioned.


4* wing with soft drinks and spirits in all rooms. Please settle the minibar bill when you leave. It is charged based on weight loss.

Laundry service

You have the option to clean your clothes. Business hours: every day of the week. For more information about our laundry services, please contact the reception.

Medical emergency, pharmacy

If you have a health complaint or feel unwell, please contact a specialist. Our reception will be happy to inform you about the contact details of the nearest hospital and pharmacy.


Please contact the Reception with your complaints and comments during your stay so that we can remedy any problems as quickly as possible.


The hotel’s own parking lot can be used free of charge in the area behind the hotel.

You can listen to the radio through the television.

Event organization

We undertake full-scale, professional management of events. For more information, contact the Reception.


We ask our guests to follow the general dress code.

If you have a technical problem, contact our colleague at the reception with your request.

Sauna infusion

Prepared at the back sauna every day at 4:00 p.m.

Safe, central safe

It is located in the rooms of the 4* wing, which can be used free of charge. Please read the user manual carefully before using. Please leave it open when you leave.

We are not responsible for items placed outside the safe.

If you want to keep your valuables more secure, you can use our central safe, for which we do not charge a separate fee. Please contact our colleague at the reception with your request in this direction.

Bathroom chair

If you need a bathroom chair, please let the reception know.

Laundry bag

It is located on the bottom shelf of the room closet.

Room key

The hotel rooms are opened with a magnetic card. The electricity in the rooms can also be operated with the magnetic card. To start the electrical equipment in the room, please insert the magnetic card into the dedicated slot next to the door. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the room sockets only work in this case.

Room service

In our hotel, room service is available during the opening hours of the restaurant, between 12.00 and 21.30. Please call the restaurant: 195, +50% of the restaurant price


Daily cleaning is carried out between 10.00 and 14.00. If you request cleaning at a different time on the given day, or if you do not request cleaning at all, please call our colleague or use the special card that can be hung on the doorknob.

Blanket, pillow

Please let our colleagues know if you need a spare pillow or blanket.

All rooms are equipped with LCD televisions, multilingual channels are available to our guests. The programs can be viewed on teletext.

Cleaning agents, preparations

In the bathroom, in the storage bowl on the sink or in the wall dispenser, you will find:

  • shower gel
  • shampoo

  • shower cap
Towel changing

In the hotel rooms, the towels inside are changed daily upon request. between 10.00 and 14.00. Towels thrown on the floor are automatically replaced.

In accordance with the classification of the hotel in the **** class, we change bed linen and towels every 3 days.

A replacement fee is required within this

Fire protection

In order to avoid fire incidents, please refrain from using other electrical appliances (e.g. coffee maker, immersion kettle, iron, radiator, stove, etc.) in the room.

Fire alarm equipment and powder extinguishers were placed in the building. The rooms have smoke detectors. In the event of a fire, our guests are warned by a siren. In such a case, please leave the building according to the escape route posted in the rooms.

Please always turn off the electrical equipment when leaving the room.

Sewing kit

It can be requested free of charge at the reception.

Ironing service

Please indicate your need for ironing at the Reception. Clothes handed in before 2 p.m. will be ironed within 1 hour. Please only request the ironing of clothes that do not require special treatment, as our Hotel is not responsible for any resulting damage.

Peace of mind for guests

Please respect the peace of the other Guests and do not disturb it by making noise. Pay special attention to each other’s peace after 10:00 p.m.

Recepcion – Welcoming our guests

Only guests registered in advance at the reception can stay in our rooms. Our hotel’s guests and unregistered guests can be accommodated in the common areas.

According to the escape route posted in the rooms.

Take advantage of our pampering services, every day from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Our hotel guests can use it free of charge. Only products purchased in the hotel can be consumed in the entire wellness area!

If you do not agree with the wellness operating rules, please do not use our services.

  • In winter: – tepidarium relaxation option (beds heated to 38 – 40 C)


Sauna: warm-up time approx. 60 minutes. Please let the reception know when you want to use it. Considering environmental protection reasons, we only heat during the Guest’s stay!

Jacuzzi: 15 minutes of operation – 15 minutes of break

Steam cabin:  every day from 15.00 till 20.00

Solarium: standing, turbo. HUF 400/3 minutes, tokens can be purchased at the reception.

Fitness room: 10.00-20.00, the key to the treadmill can be requested at the reception.
